BUYER ROUTES

Start with the decision your project needs next.

Quick answer: A standing desk frame, also called a sit-stand desk frame or adjustable desk legs, is the motorized lift base beneath the desktop. B&H Ergonomics supplies frame-only systems for commercial, dealer, and OEM programs. The right frame depends first on workstation shape, then on load, height, width, controls, quantity, and destination requirements.

STANDING DESK FRAME COMPARISON

Compare the four project frame formats.

Dynamic load figures apply to the moving frame. Desktop weight, equipment, accessories, and cable management should be included when the project load is reviewed.

D23RS, T33RS, and Q43RS are available with square or round columns. The public performance specifications remain the same for the corresponding column variant.

D23RS, T33RS, and Q43RS can be mixed in one order when the total reaches 40 workstations. S22RS retains its own 100-workstation minimum.

FRAME SELECTION LOGIC

Choose by workstation form, not motor count alone.

Motor count follows the structure. The more useful first question is how each person will work and how desks repeat across the floor plan.

HEIGHT & WIDTH CONFIGURATION

Match the lift base to the market and desktop plan.

D23RS, T33RS, and Q43RS use the same public height families. S22RS follows its own two-stage range.

Standard frame height

Frame-only height for D23RS, T33RS, and Q43RS. Final desk height also depends on desktop thickness and floor conditions.

600-1250 mm
Europe configuration

With a 25 mm desktop, the planned total height is 650-1300 mm.

625-1275 mm
US configuration

Desktop thickness and finished-floor conditions should be added to the project review.

01

D23 / Q43 desktop planning

Each D23-based workstation adjusts from 1050 to 1800 mm in frame width. A desktop up to 2000 x 800 x 25 mm is recommended for review, not presented as universal compatibility.

02

T33 L-shaped planning

Each side adjusts from 1050 to 1800 mm. Review both desktop wings, corner geometry, equipment, and floor-plan clearance before the frame is quoted.

03

S22 value configuration

The two-stage frame adjusts from 1000 to 1500 mm in width and 720 to 1180 mm in height. A 700 to 1200 mm height option can be evaluated.

CONTROLS & ELECTRICAL

Specify what users touch and what the destination requires.

  • Up/down, memory presets, child lock, anti-collision, USB charging, and sit reminder options can be configured for D23RS, T33RS, and Q43RS.Controller options
  • Control systems and power cables are selected around the destination voltage, frequency, and plug standard.Destination electrical setup
  • Motors and control systems use UL-certified components.Certification boundary

PROJECT ASSURANCE

Technical evidence should reduce risk, not inflate claims.

D23RS, T33RS, and Q43RS have internal cycle-test records at loads above their public dynamic ratings. These are internal validation results, not a third-party certification claim.

Internal cycle test

140 kg for D23RS; 200 kg for T33RS; 140 kg per workstation for Q43RS.

15,000+ cycles

BUYER QUESTIONS

Standing desk frame FAQ

Answers reflect the current B&H commercial frame program. Final specifications and delivery terms are confirmed in the quotation.

What is the minimum order for standing desk frames?

New D23RS, T33RS, and Q43RS projects can be mixed when the order totals at least 40 workstations. Q43RS starts at 20 sets because each set contains two independent workstations. If an order includes S22RS, that model must reach 100 workstations.

Can I buy standing desk legs without desktops?

Yes. This collection focuses on electric standing desk frames and legs. B&H can also review compatible desktop and accessory requirements for eligible project orders, but the frame can be quoted as the primary product.

Which frame fits a standard single workstation?

BH-D23RS is the standard dual-motor, two-leg, three-stage route. BH-S22RS is the lower-cost single-motor option for programs of at least 100 workstations. The right choice depends on project load, height range, budget, and quantity.

Are round-column standing desk frames available?

Yes. D23RS, T33RS, and Q43RS are available in square-column and round-column versions. The round column changes the visible column profile; the corresponding public structure, functions, and performance specifications remain the same.

How do I confirm desktop compatibility?

Send the desktop dimensions, thickness, material, equipment load, and workstation layout. B&H reviews frame width, recommended desktop limits, total moving load, mounting details, and cable accessories before final confirmation.

Can B&H provide DDP delivery?

DDP door delivery can be quoted for supported destinations, including projects in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and selected European markets. Availability, scope, cost, and transit time are confirmed for each destination.

What should I include in a frame RFQ?

Provide the frame model or workstation form, estimated workstation count, destination, desktop dimensions, finish, control features, electrical standard, accessory needs, packaging requirements, and target schedule.
