3. Strict Inspection
All standing desk frame parts are 100% tested before being packaged first.

100%Visual check
1m distance with illuminant. 0~50cm between product and eye or normal use distance then Inspect each. No critical can be allowed, Minor should within AQL standard.

Assembly and Function check
Easy to assemble according to the manual, conduct the check as per any information printed on manual.
No critical can be allowed and minors should be within AQL standard.

Running test
One cycle of going up and down without load in auto mode and one cycle with rated load.
Another cycle with 110% rated. All running speed and stop position accuracy shall conform as spec.

Fatigue test
20 times for each button, plug, and switch without any damage or block.

Noise check
Test noise by sound level test at 1 meter away from the desk when running and it should be within 50 dB.

There are many other tests such as Stability test, Spark check, Smell check, Rub check, Pull test, and so on.
